First Alpha release. The program is running, but still very unstable and with much need for further efforts. It is now definitely time to put the whole software into a source managing software. More on this real soon now.

Today is the day. The first public preview of the Dragon Lair Project is released.

Strange code was detected today in the codebase of this project :). Anyway, we were quite successful in coming along the development of DragonLair. A few good ideas were implemented this morning, which will be quite useful in the near future.
While about 2/3 of the engines Stored Procedures are implemented. All of the engines load procedures are coded, which means that we theoretically are able to have a prototype up and running real soon now. We also started with creating the data for a first test. This means that in the next few days we will have to code a few XSL files for testing the general flow of DragonLair.

Much happened since the last time. The database model was redesigned to follow the topic map specifications much better. We especially changed the naming of the database tables and how data can be saved and is represented.
From the 36 to be written Stored Procedures, we already implemented 16. These procedures work directly ontop the Dragon Breath Development Framework (use link on the left to read more about Dragon Breath). This means, that we currently develop on both projects the same time.
If all 36 procedures are implemented we will release the first public version for developers (For developers, since there will be no grafical interface until then. The XSL Stylesheets to represent the data grafically are on the todo list until afterwards...).

The database structure was discussed and built today. Onto that base we built the first few stored procedures to read and validate the stored data. So we can now show element_definitions and element_instances. We know how correlations and assignments are set between those elements. And we can read elements attributes and schema.
There is no grafical part yet and no source nor graphic.
